The League of Villains is an alliance of villains that teamed up to destroy Jimmy. King Goobot created this organization by joining several villains that had been defeated by Jimmy in the past, some more than once. Their meeting place was at The Junkman's ship.
Background[]
The group was formed in the episode of the same name. By the end of the episode, Zix, Travoltron, and Tee had quit the alliance after they turned from bad to good and joined Jimmy’s side, while the rest were trapped in the Cretaceous era.
In the cancellation of season four, there would've been an overarching story about the villains rebuilding their evil organization and planning the final blow to Jimmy. Had that come to be, Jimmy, his friends, and all the allies he made throughout the series would've battled them in the planned series finale. However, since DNA Productions went out of business, it's presumed that they were still trapped in prehistory. It makes this their official defeat (though Calamitous, Gorgeous, and Eustace would all make one more appearance later on). which implies that they did escape to go after Jimmy Neutron.

- Ooblar, Flippy, Sydney Moist, Meldar Prime, Bueford Lee Stormshuckle, The Nanobots, Seymour, Gortox the Irritable, Evil Jimmy, Yoo-Yee, The Pizza Monster, The Copbot and Evil Earth's citizens are not in the League of Villains.
- The reason Ooblar is not part of the League of Villains is because King Goobot traded him for sulfur butter as revealed in the special.
- The Nanobots would not have been part of the League of Villains due to being Jimmy's creations and King Goobot would not have been able to invite them. Another reason is that they are more flawed than villainous.
- The Copbot would not have been part of the League as he no longer exists due to him destroying the Megalomanium that was part of the timeline he was in.
- Evil Jimmy was still trapped in the Dark Matter Dimension he caused along with all other inhabits of Evil Earth.
- The Pizza Monster is most likely non-existent given that he only appeared in the characters' dreams.
- Yoo-Yee would not have been invited as he is mostly Sheen's enemy rather than Jimmy's.
