William Richard "Billy" West (born April 16, 1952) is an American voice actor, comedian voice actor, comedian, musician, singer, songwriter, and radio personality, best known for his voice-work in a number of television shows, films, and commercials. His most notable roles are Phillip J. Fry, Professor Hubert Farnsworth, Dr. John A. Zoidberg, and Zapp Brannigan on Futurama. He has done hundreds of voice-overs in his career. He played various characters on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, including Sam Melvick, Corky Shimatzu, Mr. Wilderman (in When Pants Attack and Holly Jolly Jimmy), Lars Svenson, Louie, and Larry the Llama. He also played Butch Pakovski in the movie before Rob Paulsen took over the role for the TV series.
Other Nickelodeon shows he has worked on include Doug, The Ren and Stimpy Show, and CatDog.
