Humphrey is Cindy's pet English bulldog and Goddard's arch-nemesis, who is seen in many episodes, usually accompanying his owner. He eats almost anything, even license plates and Sheen's Ultra Lord action figure. Cindy often says that Humphrey is the best dog in Retroville. He is seen in the background numerous times. As seen in "Best in Show", Humprey can sing in a scat-like voice. Humphrey also won 1st place in a pet show because Goddard was eliminated for not being a "real" pet. He was later saved by Goddard when a car almost hit him because he chased a cat in the middle of the street. He is aslo antagonist to Goddard and Jimmy as dislikes them.
