Sheen Juarerra Estevez is Jimmy's hyperactive, heroic, boney, weird, Ultra Lord-loving best friend.

Sheen is possessed in a TV show called "Ultralord"and he is almost always seen with an Ultra Lord action figure and wearing an Ultra Lord mask.

Sheen rarely changes his clothes at all and always wears an Ultra Lord T-shirt to show his devotion to his role-model.

Sheen wrote the entire Ultra Lord website on the internet himself.

Sheen has the biggest Ultra Lord action figure collection in all of Retroville, and he hates to have someone call them "dolls".

Sheen once warped into his favorite Ultra Lord video game, and fought Robo-Fiend, Ultra Lord's nemesis, with Jimmy. Carl controlled Robo-Fiend for a brief period of time, without knowing that Jimmy and Sheen were in the game, then decided to play a llama video game, saving Jimmy and Sheen with a huge thunderstorm of llamas. Fortunately, Robo-Fiend was allergic to llama milk, and was defeated.

Sheen's love interest is Libby Folfax, and in many episodes, he acts extremely weird to get her attention, their relationship started in season 2.  

In "Nightmare in Retroville," Sheen got to act like a werewolf.

Sheen's favorite song is "Home On Te Range,"  although he can't sing it well.

Sheen plays the harmonica, and likes to make fun of Carl and his llama obsession.

In some cases, Sheen can be quite greedy (such as eating all of the popcorn, demanding treasure from fish, and chasing astrorubies).

Sheen loves popcorn. However, he once accidentally ate dice instead of popcorn.

Sheen's brain is bigger than Carl's, which probably means he's smarter, however, he is shown being dumber than him on some occasions.

Sheen's grandmother can probably be not as smart as him, as she didn't care about him getting eaten by the Phantom of Retroland, except for "wearing clean underwear".

Sheen's name is a parody of Martin Sheen, whose birth name was Ramon Estevez. He is voiced by Jeff Garcia.
